Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days after your order is placed to process and pack your order. Once packed and processed, please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. Tracking info will be provided.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping fees (listed or not) are non-refundable. Should you refuse any shipments from seamossbynadia.shop, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 

Packages that is being retuned to sender will not be refunded unless in instances where the package arrives back to us in good condition. Customers must check that delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the courier to locate your lost package, once the tracking information states it has been delivered or is en route to the delivery address. If your package is damaged/lost/stolen, you must file a claim directly with UPS or USPS. Our shipment fees include insurance coverage up to $100. To file claim for "Lost or Stolen" packages, please contact the courier directly. You will need your order confirmation as well as your tracking number.
