Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Cancellations can only be requested up to 5 hours after the order was placed. After this time, we will not be able to cancel the order since it has already started processing. If your item has already been dispatched, neither changes nor refunds may be issued.  

When your order arrives, you may reject the shipment, so that it is returned to sender. Please follow this up with an email to seamossbynadia@gmail.com Once we receive it, a refund will be generated back to your original form of payment. Handling fees and any incurred shipping expenses (listed or not) will not be reimbursed.
